Driving and the law
Police forces around the UK are continuing to enforce the law brought in on the 1st December 2003, drivers who use mobile phone whilst driving will be fined £30 on the spot, If the case goes to court, the fine rises to a maximum of £1000. There are also plans to make the offense endorsable, so drivers could get three points on their license.
